解决方法：需要先安装libtool和gcc-c++
继续安装Apache/httpd，./configure 时加上参数 --with-apr=/usr/local/apr/ --with-apr-util=/usr/local/apr-util/ --with-pcre=/usr/local/pcre，这个问题就解决了。
